O’Leary, who will retain his Chief Operating Officer (COO) title, succeeds Steve Halverson, who has held the position of President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for the past 18 years.
O’Leary joined 澳门足彩app in 1989, assuming progressive roles of responsibility including today's appointment to President. During his 28 years with the company, O’Leary has held several key positions including field engineer, project manager, senior project manager, director, vice president, senior vice president, executive vice president and COO.

O’Leary graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in building construction, and is a certified general contractor. He is an active member of civic and professional organizations including the Design-Build Institute of America board of directors, Chair-elect of the Jacksonville Speech & Hearing Center board of directors, and several design and construction national trade organizations.
